Marcus Bennett, known fondly as “Marc” by his clients, is a seasoned coach with over ten years of experience in personal training, mobility work, and sports performance. His background includes working with youth athletes, individuals recovering from injuries, and busy professionals who want to build sustainable fitness routines.

Marc is certified in corrective exercise and mobility training, which allows him to identify postural imbalances and create programs that improve strength while protecting joint health. He is passionate about teaching clients how to train smarter, not just harder, ensuring that every session builds toward long-term progress rather than short-term results.
